Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized use of your account.
• If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

2. Trial, subscriptions and credits

• New accounts start with a 14-day trial, no card required. The trial is granted once per device. When it ends, the account moves to the free plan.
• Plans, quotas, credit values and prices are published on the Pricing page. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply.
• Subscriptions renew for the period you selected until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Credits are used for action-based operations (such as scans, generation and extra queries). Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful or misleading purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Try to bypass the security of the Service, access other users’ data, or place excessive load on the infrastructure.
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or access it with automated tools without permission.
• Open multiple accounts to restart the trial repeatedly.
• Connect websites, ad accounts or data sources you are not authorized to use.

4. Your data

• The data you enter into the Service and the data imported from accounts you connect belong to you. We use it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may freely use the reports and content generated by the Service for your own business.
• AI-generated output can contain mistakes. You should review it before making important decisions.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service lets you connect third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Ads. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design and brand of the Service belong to Scope Trends. These terms give you the right to use the Service and do not transfer any other rights.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption or errors, but we do not guarantee it. The Service is provided "as is". Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or third-party reasons. We may change the features of the Service over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scope Trends is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or revenue, or loss of data. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Liability for intent or gross negligence is not limited.

9. Termination

• You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected].
• We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. Where possible, we will notify you in advance.
• When an account is closed, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your place of residence are not affected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on this page and, where appropriate, by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
